Нормативне регулювання працевлаштування студентів, що навчаються на денному відділенні

Розглянуто кілька поширених ситуацій, які на практиці найчастіше викликають питання: приймати студента денної форми за сумісництвом, вважати підприємство основним місцем його роботи, хто і як буде вести трудову книжку. Під час навчання між студентами денної форми навчання та навчальними закладами не виникають трудові відносини і не укладається трудовий договір. Тому таке навчання не є основною роботою студента. Неповнолітні студенти-працівники мають такі ж трудові права і обов'язки, як і інші працівники.Посилання
