CALCULATION OF MAGNETIC FIELD WINDING ON THE STATOR THE BRUSHLESS DC ELECTRIC MOTOR

A mathematical model of the induction motor, based on numerical - field calculation, which is based on an improved method of partitioning the rod height into layers, what allow to count current displacement effect, the saturation of the magnetic circuit. This approach modeled in the programs Matlab / Simulink and results of the mathematics model has being compared with the results of bench tests EDKOFV315M4 engine.

A mathematical model of the rod, which is based on the method of partitioning of the groove on the layers, under the assumptions that:

- The parameters of the layers, on which are divided the pivot, not heavily dependent on the current distribution on the layers, and are determined by the total current in the slot;

- Magnetic flux of each layer is closed in the ways that completely covers the bottom layer and the considered layer.

The analysis of the dependency of the inductive resistance of the layer showed that the most significantly depends from the total current in the groove on the inductive resistance of the upper layer, for which introduced a new concept of dynamic inductance, which can be determined by numerical differentiation of the results obtained in the simulation environment in COMSOL Multiphysics.

Through mathematical modeling and the results of engine test bench, have being defined mechanical and current characteristics of the engine.

The purpose of research — to improve the method of accounting for the effect of current displacement by dividing the groove on the layers and on the basis of numerically - field calculations to develop a mathematical model of the induction motor, which will not only take into account the impact on the parameters of the rod effect of current displacement, and saturation of the magnetic circuit, which will implement it in the structural units Matlab / Simulink program.

 

Conclusions

Comparative analysis of the results of the simulation of mechanical and current performance data engine test bench shows that the proposed mathematical model is based on numerically - field calculations rotor parameters based on the geometry of the tooth zone allows to take into account the current displacement effect, the saturation of the magnetic circuit and provides acceptable accuracy of calculations that can be used it in the study of dynamic modes of the induction motor.
