ANALYSIS METHODS OF INVESTIGATIONS OF RELIABILITY AND INDICATORS OF RELIABILITY FOR ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENTES

The rapid development of modern technology and the priorities of the industry has caused the need for intensive theoretical research and led to the beginning of creation modern theory and practice reliability. The study of the reliability of electrical contacts switching devices are the subject of research of many authors.

The purpose of research provedennya analysis methods for the study of reliability and determination of the reliability of electromagnetic actuators that operate in agriculture.

Materials and methods of research. For a quantitative description of the system, the apparatus used mathematical apparatus of probability theory, mathematical statistics, stochastic protsesiv.

In accordance with regulations, the definition of safety switching devices is performed using the following general theoretical methods: cash (with mainly reference data); cash-pilot; experimental.

In addition to the methods for determining the reliability in practice have been used more simplified engineering methods for calculating reliability using reference data and data operation: a priori method, empirical functions (used in the bulk sample n 20); simplified method of calculation of reliability; method for calculating average values-group failure rate; method of calculation using data service; coefficient method (based on the use of relative reliability coefficients).

Results.

Generally reliability selected for any one type of vehicle, depending on the specific tasks to be solved. The result is a large variety of reliability, which are specified in the regulations on particular unit and no single approach to their choice.

Conclusions

Based on the above provisions, the main criteria of reliability of a Switching Device electromagnetic actuators will consider options, switching durability (wear characterized electroerosive), reliability of contact (contact transition resistance), and in general, for starters - the average lifespan.
