Abstract

The influence of the electromagnetic radiation to interact with the small particle sandspherical disperse system son their basis attheinter face. Generalized application of the theory of Maxwell-Garnett and effective medium approximation to disperse systems with appropriatein clusions, analyzed the conditions of excitation and propagation of surface electromagnetic modesin disperse system sunder the influence of electromagnetic radiation and the effect of interphase boundarieson the optical absorption and scattering.
