GAS DETECTOR FOR DETECTING PROCESSES OF DECAY IN VEGETABLE STORE.
Abstract
The results of researches are presented on development of the special gas detector, able to register volatile organic compounds (LOS) which are produced in the process of spoilage of fruit and vegetable products. Registration by the devel- oped device of total concentration of these substances allows to define the initial stage of rotting processes and on the basis of this information to make decision about the necessity of product sorting with the purpose of remove of infected (rot- ten) one, that is instrumental in reduction of losses during the storage.Downloads
