Abstract
THE CLEVELOPMENT OF THE DEVICE FOR THE CEWAGE CLEANING
OF THE REPAIRING OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES
E. Horot, A. Glovyn
Agricultural machinery repair begins, accompanied, and sometimes ends up washing-up liquids cleaning operations, and their share in the total labor repair significant. Accordingly, repair shops accumulated waste to be disposed of. Basically, it is contaminated with sewage (the drains) to be cleaned before being discharged into the sewer system.
The purpose of this study is the construction of local, small, versatile and inexpensive cleaning device with the appropriate purification technology, service is not accompanied by significant material costs have been periodic and short.
The need for such a huge mass for pollution emissions of untreated sewage including farms will lead to what we lose access to natural clean drinking water.
In order to effectively purification, as experience has shown, divide contamination phases separated components in the following order:
a) separate large dispersed solid phase;
b) to separate the insoluble rare and fine-grained solid phase;
c) separation of suspended phase;
d) neutralizing and eventually separate the soluble liquid phase.
In the same order should be placed and sewage treatment facilities. For award in points a), b), c) the most appropriate in terms of efficiency, energy, material and labor costs to use innovative ways and means, mechanical cleaning. For award in point d) of phase purification to use chemical, microbiological methods, or a combination thereof. However, the latter relates to the final stage of deep cleaning and this way small and medium-sized farms can not use. Exceptions may constitute specialized farms suppliers of pesticides, chemicals, mineral and organic fertilizers.
In accordance with the foregoing, the proposed design of the device is schematically shown in Figure 1. The device can be roughly divided into several blocks, namely:
- Unit and receiving treatment and weaning them coarsely dispersed solid phase;
- Block II bundle wastewater settling on oily component, water sediment and fine-solid phase;
- Block III - the capacity to collect oily component;
- Block IV of taking part filtration of suspended;
- Block V - capacity storage water sludge.
Materials given in article data allow to design and manufacture a mechanical device proposed effluent repair of agricultural enterprises in repair shops mid-level technical equipment.
The need to introduce such a device as a final product in the process of repair of agricultural machinery, it is now obvious.
