Abstract
RESEARCH OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY OF THE FUNCTIONING OF ELECTROTECHNOLOGICAL PRODUCTION OF BREEDING PRODUCTS USING COGENERATION EQUIPMENT
V.V. Motomyuk
In addition, to the existing nomenclature of the technological equipment of the bakery, a cogeneration unit is installed. What is caused by the possibility of generation and consumption, both heat and electricity.
The task of such equipment is the transfer of heat energy (hot water or steam) to the boiler plant of the enterprise and the generation of economically feasible volumes of electricity for the industrial consumers of such an energy resource.
This approach corresponds to the concept of distributed generation ("Smart Grid" -technologies), which allows to count on the following effects:
1. Increase of consumer reliability;
2. Energy security - due to expansion of types of fuel, attraction of local energy resources;
3. Optimization of load management and redundancy;
4. Ensuring the flexibility of "smart networks" (in terms of generation);
5. Energy efficiency - optimization of load schedule, reduction of losses in the process of transmission / distribution of energy, expansion of cogeneration, etc .;
6. Reducing the load on the environment (CO2 emissions).
One of the most important goals of SmartGrid is to provide a practically continuously managed balance between demand and supply of energy. For this purpose, the elements of the network must constantly exchange information among themselves on the parameters of energy, consumption and generation modes, the amount of energy consumed and planned consumption, commercial information. Then the complex task of the control system of the electrotechnological complex will include the implementation of two channels of control: the exclusion of electrotechnical aggregates according to the assortment task taking into account the charging zone; regulation of transfer of heat carriers to the boiler house.
The choice of the type and capacity of the cogeneration unit is carried out on the basis of a survey of the energy supply object in order to determine its thermal load in hot water and steam, as well as the amount of electric energy consumption.
When choosing the electric power of the cogeneration unit, the following approaches are used:
- Based on the heat load of the energy supply;
- Based on the required amount of electrical energy, that is, from the electric load.
Taking into account the possibility of controlling the inclusion of equipment during the time of the minimum cost of electricity, and using specialized software by Synapse, we investigate the economic aspects of the operation of cogeneration equipment in the bakery complex's electrical equipment complex by taking the following initial data:
- Electricity needs - 3690 kW / day;
- the need for thermal energy (baking ovens) - 340 m3 / day of natural gas (the minimum heat of combustion is 8169 kcal / m3);
- electricity tariff - three-zone;
- tariffs as of January 2017.
- Three CHP plants of the German firm GE JENBACHER (JMS-320) with an electric efficiency of 40,78%, thermal efficiency - 45,64%, total - 86,42% have been chosen for the task of generation of heat and electricity;
- service staff - 4 people (average wage of 300 euros);
- depreciation rate - 6%.
In the process of theoretical studies, it was calculated:
- saving of expenses for payment for electric power;
- profit from the implementation of cogeneration equipment.
Analyzing the results of researches concerning the electrotechnological complex of bakery production, it can be stated that when adjusting the inclusion of equipment in different daily zones, even with the increase in the cost of payment for consumed electricity (reducing the efficiency of electricity generation), it is possible to increase the overall economic efficiency of the project by increasing profitability production of heat energy for a baking oven.
