ВМІСТ МІНЕРАЛЬНИХ РЕЧОВИН У ПРОДУКТАХ ЗАБОЮ СВИНЕЙ ЗА РІЗНИХ РІВНІВ ТА ДЖЕРЕЛ СЕЛЕНУ У РАЦІОНІ

Abstract

Вивчено вплив натрію селеніту (0,2 мг селену в 1 кг сухої речовини) та органічної сполуки Селену (0,2; 0,3; 0,4 мг селену в 1 кг сухої речовини) на вміст мінеральних речовин у продуктах забою свиней. Встановлено, що введення органічного Селену на рівні 0,3 і 0,4 мг/кг сухої речовини раціону сприяє підвищенню концентрації у м’ясі Селену на 36,8 і 48,0 %, Міді – на 25,6 і 26,8, Цинку – на 20,8 і 21,3 % та зниження вмісту Кадмію – на 29,7 і 35,1 %, Свинцю – на 13,9 і 16,3, Ртуті – на 18,8 і 19,2 %.
