Abstract

При использовании в составе рациона отработанного субстрата вешенки обыкновенной молодняку крупного рогатого скота установлено положительное влияние на состояние гомеостаза и метаболических превращений в организме, что способствовало повышению продуктивности и улучшению качественных характеристик мяса бычков.
