ПРОДУКТИВНА ТА МЕТАБОЛІЧНА ДІЯ КАЛЬЦІЄВИХ СОЛЕЙ ЖИРНИХ КИСЛОТ У РАЦІОНАХ ВЕЛИКОЇ РОГАТОЇ ХУДОБИ

Abstract

Наведено результати порівняльних досліджень впливу добавок канолової ріпакової олій та виготовлених на її основі кальцієвих солей жирних кислот у складі раціонів великої рогатої худоби на молочну продуктивність і жирнокислотний склад молочного жиру корів, а також інтенсивність росту бичків та жирнокислотний склад тканинних ліпідів. Встановлено, що згодовування великій рогатій худобі добавок кальцієвих солей жирних кислот позитивно впливає на молочну продуктивність корів, стимулює ріст і розвиток відгодівельних бичків та підвищує вміст ненасичених жирних кислот у складі молочного жиру корів і тканин ліпідів бичків.
