НОРМУВАННЯ ЛІПІДНОГО ЖИВЛЕННЯ ПЕРЕПЕЛІВ ПРИ ВИРОБНИЦТВІ М’ЯСА
Abstract
Представлено результати експериментального обґрунтування оптимальних рівнів та джерел ліпідів у комбікормах для м’ясних перепелів. Встановлено, що застосування у годівлі м’ясних перепілок комбікормів з рівнем жиру 5 % з додаванням соєвої олії сприяє підвищенню живої маси на 3,8 %, середньодобового приросту − на 3,6 %, та збільшенню маси грудних м’язів − на 12,1 %, м’язів тазових кінцівок − на 5,5 %. Розроблені принципи ліпідного живлення м’ясних перепелів з урахуванням рівня сирого жиру та джерела ліпідів, що передбачають використання комбікормів з соєвою олією та вмістом жиру 5%.
