Оцінювання меду за показниками якості відповідно до чинних нормативів

Abstract

Описано основні фізико-хімічні показники якості меду. Проведено порівняльний аналіз вимог чинної нормативної документації щодо якості меду. Обґрунтовано необхідність визначення споживчих характеристик меду для гарантування відповідності його показників якості чинним нормативам.
