Вплив поліморфізму гену беталактоглобуліну (β-lactoglobulin) на молочну продуктивність кіз
Abstract
У статті проведено аналіз джерел літератури, присвячених дослідженням впливу поліморфізму гену беталактоглобуліну на молочну продуктивність кіз. Показано, що різні генотипи тварин зумовлюють відмінності за фізико-хімічними властивостями і складом молока їх носіїв. Обґрунтована необхідність вивчення генетичного поліморфізму гену беталактоглобуліну кіз в Україні.
