Відтворювальна здатність корів м’ясних порід, що походять від бугаїв різного типу будови тіла

Abstract

Відтворювальна здатність самиць м’ясного напрямку продуктивності є однією із основних ознак. Невирішеною залишається проблема її поліпшення підбором до корів бугаїв певного типу (відносно великорослого чи компактного) будови тіла. Тому, визначали ефективні способи використання плідників певного типу будови тіла для поліпшення відтворювання дочок. Типи будови тіла (відносно великорослий чи компактний) у бугаїв визначали за модельним відхиленням індексу великорослості тіла (ІВТ).

Встановлено, що самиці, отримані від бугаїв великорослого типу мають більший вік першого отелення на 4,7 %, та гірші тривалість життя на 10,3, період продуктивного використання – на 78,5, кількість народжених та відлучених телят – на 16,0 та 18,8 %, і збереженість телят - на 1,7 пункти.
