ВЫЯВЛЕНИЕ ПОЛИМОРФИЗМА ГЕНА ПРОЛАКТИНОВОГО РЕЦЕПТОРА (PRLR-AluI), МАРКЕРА ПЛОДОВИТОСТИ СВИНЕЙ С ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ HRM-АНАЛИЗА
Abstract
Предложена технология HRM-анализа для определения полиморфизма PRLR-АluI в гене PRLR у свиней. Предлагаемый метод на основе технологии HRM может использоваться как экспресс-метод для массового скрининга животных на повышение многоплодия свиноматок.
