Abstract
The article highlights the need for risk analysis – identification of hazards to messages about it. Characterized the role of the analysis of biological risks of zoonoses) as one of the urgent problems of the modern veterinary medicine to ensure the chain of production of safe food products of animal origin in Ukraine.
