Морфологіні зміни органів кровотворення та імуногенезу курей, вакционованих проти іінфекційного бронхіту
Abstract
У статті наведено дані про вплив вакцинації курчат проти інфекційного бронхіту на живу та абсолютну масу органів імунітету.
Проведені дослідження показали, що за імунізації курчат проти інфекційного бронхіту спостерігалось зменшення абсолютної маси тимусу та клоакальної сумки, що вказує на посилення міграції Т- та В-лімфоцитів у периферичні органи імуногенезу для здійснення імунних реакцій. Було виявлено тенденцію до зменшення індексу органів кровотворення та імуногенезу у дослідних груп птиці по відношенню до контрольної.
