СУБМІКРОСКОПІЧНА БУДОВА ПОВЕРХНЕВОГО ЕПІТЕЛІЮ БІЛКОВОГО ВІДДІЛУ ЯЙЦЕПРОВОДУ ПЕРЕПІЛОК І ЦЕСАРОК

Abstract

Ультрамікроскопічним методом проведено дослідження поверх-невого епітелію слизової оболонки білкового відділу яйцепроводу перепілок і цесарок. З’ясовано особливості будови включень, органел загального і спеціального призначення у секреторних та війчастих клітинах. Встановлено типи з’єднань між епітеліоцитами. Особливості субмікроскопічної будови поверхневого епітелію слизової оболонки білко-вого відділу яйцепроводу у клінічно здорових птахів слід використову-вати як показники норми за діагностики захворювань різноманітного генезису та за проведення експериментальних досліджень.
