Abstract
BUTOMIDOR IN ANESTHESIOLOGY MAINTENANCE OF SURGICAL INTERVENTIONS OF THE SOMATIC TYPE OF PAIN REACTION IN DOGS
S. Rublenko, A. Yaremchuk
Abstract. A study on the use of Butomidor as part of an intravenous anesthetic for dogs osteosynthesis as a model of somatic pain. It was found that the use of ksilazin- thiopental anaesthesia dogs when osteosynthesis is a threat to the development of hemodynamic disorders, especially should be considered in animals with cardiovascular failure and significant blood loss. But acepromazine-thiopental anesthesia with butomidor has less negative impact on hemodynamics. While acepromazine-butomidor-propofol anesthesia has no significant negative impact on hemodynamics in dogs with osteosynthesis. Inclusion of opiates as a specific component of balanced anaesthesia carries a number of advantages. In their application at the time of induction of anesthesia induction becomes smoother, less drug is required to turn off the mind, reduces the cardiovascular response. One of a series of opioid drugs available for veterinary medicine is "Butomidor". Therefore, taking into account the clinical characteristics of anaesthesia and less pronounced hemodynamic changes, the most appropriate scheme of anaesthesia during osteosynthesis in dogs is the use of acepromazine-butomidor-propofol combination. The use of acepromazine-butomidor-propofol combination achieves adequate pain relief and to halve the recovery period after anaesthesia.
