RATIONALE PATHOGENETIC MECHANISMS SUBATHROPHY EYEBALL CAUSED BY STREPTOCOCCAL UVEITIS YONG CATTLE

Abstract. Thearticlehighlightssomeaspectsofpathogeneticmechanismssubatrophyvowelapple, whichcomplicatesfibrinousuveitisstreptococcaletiologyofyoungcattle. Itwasfoundthatduringthefirststageofthediseaseis a majorpathogeneticfactorinflammatoryhyperemiaofthechoroid.
Atthesecondstageofthediseaseis a majorpathogeneticfactorfibrinousexudation, adhesions, glaucoma, whichislikelytodisrupttheblood-brainbarrier, thisstageofthediseaseisthebeginningof a specialcomplicationsofinflammationofuvealtract, thusthereisstickingoftheiristothefrontofthelenscapsule. Duringthethirdstageofthediseaseis a majorpathogeneticmechanismofimmuneinflammation, aimedateliminationlens, whichflowsthroughthemechanismsoftransplantationimmunity. Duetoincreasedbloodbrainbarrierpermeability, itispossiblethedirectcontactwiththelenslymphocytes, towhichthereisnoimmunologicaltolerance.
Inthefourthstageofanautoimmunediseaseduetocompleteconflictwiththelens, itsresorbtionandvitreous, retinalatrophy, inflammatoryrednessdisappearsshellseyeballmainpathogeneticfactorisrezorbtion-scleroticprocessesthatleadtosubatrophyeyeball.
