Abstract
Вивчено вплив вітаміну Е у полімерних носіях на амінокислотний склад м’язової тканини кролів. Встановлено, що вітамін Е у водорозчинній формі покращує процеси метаболічного обміну в організмі, внаслідок чого спостерігається підвищення кількості як замінних, так і незамінних аміно-кислот, у м’язах кролів, що сприяє поліпшенню біологічної цінності м’яса.References
