Abstract

Проаналізовано динаміку розвитку нормативн-правової бази управління земельними ресурсами в Україні. Розглянуто наслідки прийняття нормативноправових актів за час незалежності. Знайдено проблеми в земельному законо‐ давстві та запропоновано шляхи їх вирішення.
