Information system quality of organic production

In recent years the world has seen rapid growth in the organic sector is aimed at active organic production and dynamic growth in the number of countries where the demand for organic products is growing. Given the global trend in Ukraine is also gaining increased production of organic products. Aim of the study is to develop a system of information support of quality organic production through the mechanisms of state control to ensure its effectiveness, provided the relationship with your accounting environment information and evidence control environment. The article systematizes information on organic production in Europe and the EU, assesses legislative and normative provision of organic production process in Ukraine. Determined that organic farming in Ukraine is the most attractive destination for investment, but needs some work regulations state control over compliance processes and their impact on the quality characteristics of products. Adoption of detailed rules will increase the volume of production, saturation of the domestic market with high-quality food, and integrating the Ukrainian agricultural production to the EU market and world markets in general. To do this, it is necessary to develop a long-term strategy to implement a number of measures aimed at ensuring the technological conditions of production of ecologically pure organic products with the efficiency of software management functions like accounting and control. It is determined that the objects of accounting in organic agriculture are: resources, products and processes that do not contain genetically modified organisms and substances. The necessity of a systematic approach to operational accounting of business operations, covering all processes - supply, production and sale of organic certified products with an effective state control function, aimed at forming its quality and safety of food, is proved. The mechanisms of state quality control of organic production are determined.
