ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ЯКОСТІ ХМЕЛЮ І ХМЕЛЕПРОДУКТІВ, ЩО ВИКОРИСТОВУЮТЬСЯ У ПИВОВАРІННІ
Abstract
Наведено результати біохімічних досліджень якості хмелю і хмелепродуктів вітчизняного та закордонного виробництва, що використовуються у пивоварінні. На основі біохімічних показників виявлені переваги і недоліки продуктів переробки хмелю, які необхідно враховувати під час їх зберігання, переробки та використання у пивоварінні.References
