Abstract

Наведено результати досліджень біохімічного складу в процесі зберігання капусти савойської в сорту Вертю 1 340, пропонованих для вирощування в умовах Лісостепу України, перспективних для збільшення виробництва та розширення асортименту овочевих культур, поліпшення їх якості.
