SOCIAL TEACHER AS SUBJECT OF FORMING SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF RURAL YOUTH
Анотація
Actuality. One of the conditions for building a highly developed society in the world today is the development along with economic, industrial, energy sector, the sphere of high technologies - social sphere.
The problem of defining the role of the social teacher education as a subject of social responsibility of rural youth have not been covered enough in the scientific literature.
The purpose of the article is to justify social role of the teacher as a subject of social responsibility formation of rural youth.
Duties and directions of professional activity of professional of social work education on responsible person on the basis of existing legal documents have been highlighted. Problems and difficulties in the way of development of social responsibility of rural youth by social teacher have been identified:
1) lack of professionals in social work (social educators / social workers) in rural areas;
2) lack of professional training of workers (lack of social and pedagogical education);
3) lack of training (psychological, methodological) a large part of social workers to the formation of the social responsibility of rural youth;
4) lack of methodological support of social workers (diagnostic tools, technologies, social and educational work) on the formation of the social responsibility of rural youth;
5) low level of social responsibility among young people;
6) lack of real mechanisms of influence of social teacher on rural youth.
The peculiarities of the training of social workers for their educational work with rural youth. Specificity of training specialists, social workers, for work in rural areas is primarily in the features of the learning environment, which provide:
1) The inclusion of a sample curriculum relevant disciplines (eg, "Principles of agricultural production", "Agrarian Law", "Sociology of Rural Youth").
2) a practical training in rural areas.
3) The inclusion selected topics to study the work programs of subjects that reflect the work with children and young people in rural areas.
4) Performance semester and master papers by students on topics aimed at social and educational work in rural areas.
Thus, social teacher is one of the important subjects of social responsibility formation of rural youth. The objective of this work have been declared in a number of documents that define the professional responsibilities of social workers, including the Law of Ukraine "On Education", "Regulations on psychological service education system Ukraine" Qualifying characteristics of the profession "specialist social work" and others. As of June 2013 the need for such specialists are 3628 persons, there is an urgent need to increase the number of state order for professional training of social workers for rural areas.
