The results of the complex evaluation of aromatic and bitter hops varieties of different maturity groups depend on economic and commodity indices were presented in the article. A ranking of these indicators in terms of aromatic and bitter hops varieties of different maturity groups was conducted The method of determining the competitiveness and the most competitive varieties for later use for its intended purpose were identified.
