Анотація
The aim of our research was to determine the optimal number of components of biologically active additives for carp and study the effect of different amounts of fat-soluble vitamins and microelements Se, Zn and J in some parts of lipid metabolism and activity of antioxidant system in the body of a female carp before spawning period.
The paper deals with the influence of vitamin and mineral supplements containing vitamins A, D3, E in the form of the drug containing “Tryvit”, potassium iodide, zinc sulphate and sodium selenite in the diet of female carp before spawning on lipid metabolism in their body.
Feeding female carp month before the intended spawning vitamin and mineral supplements increases the total content of lipids and phospholipids in the liver and reducing the relative content of triacylglycerols in the liver and skeletal muscle.
The use of vitamin and mineral supplements promoted dose-dependent reduction of lipid hydroperoxides and TBA-active products and increased glutathione content in blood of female carp.
The most effective is the effect of vitamin and mineral supplements for female carp in before spawning period for such dosage "Tryvit" in 5000 the number iota of vitamin A; 10 mg / kg of potassium iodide; 60 mg / kg zinc sulphate; 0.5 mg / kg sodium selenite.
