Гніздування окремих представників перетинчастокрилих (Hymenoptera, Aculeata) у стаціонарних штучних гніздових конструкціях на території ботанічного саду НУБіП України

Анотація


Досліджено гніздову конструкцію для перетинчастокрилих комах, розміщену на території ботанічного саду НУБіП України, м. Київ. У результаті дослідження 50 окремих гнізд описано видовий склад їх поселенців. Зроблені проміри окремихгнізд (діаметртадовжинаочеретяноїтрубки) із’ясовано, щозаселеністьгнізд буда високою та становила 95 %. Але різноманіття комах-поселенців було низьким – зареєстровано тільки два види - Osmia bicornis (Linnaeus, 1758) (Apoidea, Megachilidae) із вираженимдомінуванням -78 % гніздта оси роду Trypoxylon Latreille, 1896 (Crabronidae). Визначено, що осмії заселяють різні очеретяні трубки, при цьому діаметр та довжина трубок позитивно корелюють із числом личинок осмій у гнізді (коефіцієнти кореляції складають відповідно 0,44 та 0,48, p=0.05). Оси Trypoxylon sp. при виборі гніздової порожнини обиралитрубки діаметромпереважно 0,5-0,7 см (r = 0,56, p=0.05). Виявлено зараженість клептопаразитами гнізд, що призводять до загибелі розплоду диких бджіл. Встановлено, що 20 % гнізд осмій були заражені мухами дрозофілами Cacoxenus indagator Loew, 1858 (Diptera, Drosophilidae), а 10 % гніздмістили пилкового кліща Chaetodactylus osmiae (Dufour, 1839) (Arachnida, SarcopƟformes).
