The aim of research was to investigate the physiological condition of bread wheat at various stages of organogenesis by determining the content and activity of chlorophyll in plants of using method of induction chlorophyll fluorescence and reaction these varieties for wintering conditions. As a result of research found a significant difference in chlorophyll content and activity among varieties in various stages of organogenesis. The possibility of winter resistance evaluation by the method of induction of chlorophyll fluorescence is shown.
