Resulting system of management by strategic development of enterprises
Abstract
The article substantiates the comprehensive approach to the formation of a successful system of strategic development of enterprises. The criteria for evaluating the effectiveness are determined depending on the goals of the organization. The author's vision of the concept of "effective management" as the dynamic ability of developing and management systems and socioeconomic systems is to create potential opportunities, the preconditions of strategic innovation, competitive, crisis, resource, institutional, intellectual, sustainable and other direction in their organic unity as a system integrity to ensure the achievement of system-wide goals, through the implementation of the created potential capabilities in the versatile vectors of action according to the election They are market segments aimed at: fulfilling obligations to actors by interest; dynamic competitiveness; level and quality of life of employees of the organization and the population as subjects of demand of the strategic zone of management. The methodological toolkit for evaluating the level of its design justification has been formed, the method of determining the synergy effect and the level of effectiveness in the conditions of strategic development is given.
