ANNOTATION

The article is devoted to the analysis and improvement of a technique of traction calculation of belt conveyors, algorithm development and software for conveyors Traction calculation according to the second embodiment is a method of bypassing around the edge of the tape, which tension is determined in the characteristic points of the contour with Chet tracks and circuits of the stroke of the tape reels. The result of the traction calculation is to compute the values of the installed capacity of the drive. For the implementation of the algorithm of calculation of the traction conveyor drive according to the second embodiment developed expert decision-making system. Developed the visual form of the user interface for the calculation on the example of the main parameters of shaft line, which is created in Delphi 7 programming language.

The object of study – technology of designing of belt conveyors. The purpose of the study – improving the efficiency of the designer of belt conveyors using the latest information technologies.

Traction calculation according to the second embodiment is a method of bypassing around the edge of the tape, which tension is determined in the characteristic points of the contour with Chet tracks and circuits of the stroke of the tape reels. The result of the traction calculation is to compute the set of drive power. For the implementation of the algorithm of calculation of the traction conveyor drive according to the second embodiment it is necessary to develop expert decision-making system. The algorithm for determining the traction characteristics for the calculation of conveyors according to the 2nd embodiment shown.

Depending on the operating conditions, the calculation is carried out according to different formulas and techniques. In the case of complex slopes, with areas of ascent and descent, affecting the mode of operation of the actuator upon partial loading of the tape along the length of the conveyor, is divided into separate sections. The resistance value of the belt at these sites is determined according to claim 2.3.4 [3] based on the actual values of reduced mass of the cargo q_r at the sites, along the length of the conveyor in the formulas are substituted in the values of the lengths of the relevant area. When the requirements on PP. 1.4.3 and 1.4.4 [3] the tension accordingly increases, and when the requirements under p. 1.4.2 adopted a different type of belt with more durability and traction calculation is repeated, which is implemented cycles of the algorithm.

The input information is the result of the previous stage, namely, calculation of basic parameters of conveyor belt (traction drive, payload mass, nominal (design) strength of the tape, the value of the gear ratio, the value of the traction factor of the drive.

The result is the calculated value of the installed capacity of the actuator for motor and generator modes. To automate the calculation of the mentioned parameters of the conveyor applies the Delphi 7 programming language. Created the visual form of implementation of algorithm of calculation of the traction ability of the drive of the conveyor.

As a result of the research:

1. Using known methods, approved by state standard, formalized in the form of a logical algorithm for the task of traction calculation of belt conveyor according to the second embodiment in the design of mine conveyors.
2. Designed the database based on the tables with the characteristics of the conveyors with the help of the software environment of MS Access and the software implementation of the algorithm on the basis of Delphi 7.
