INFLUENCE OF deviation OF QUALITY INDICATORS FOR technological component of POWER LOSS in plant

Economic losses caused by the poor quality of electricity, have two components: electromagnetic and technology.
Fluctuations in voltage leads to a change of microclimate regime and mineral nutrition of plants in the greenhouse. Therefore, decreasing the efficiency of the whole technological system that leads to disruption of metabolic processes in plants, reducing their productivity and, consequently, to the irrational use of power.
In storages using electric processing equipment ventilation and loading and unloading products. Changing modes of electric drives of these systems results in variations of microclimate in storage disorders storage conditions, weight and quality. The significant break in the power supply can lead to loss of production and cause significant damage.
The purpose of research - to develop methods for determining the technological component damage when deviations of power quality crop.
Materials and methods of research.
Now there was a need to develop new methods for determining the loss of power quality parameters deviation that would meet the realities of modern agriculture, modern system of machines and the results of research carried out in recent years.
The technological component in crop losses due to power electric power low quality, includes losses:
- From lost productivity of working machines;
- From lower yields and loss of crops covered ground;
- The growth of losses during storage;
- Because of the damage to the finished product;
- Due to reduced yields of quality.
Results. In determining the technological component damage need to know specific production process analytical expression dependencies crops yield indices of power quality. For this purpose, VIESH S. Kucher were analyzed and summarized the results of biological research, and obtained averaged curves that characterize the changing parameters electrified production on external factors
Having established the dependence on external factor parameter power quality, you can change depending analytical crop yields rejecting the corresponding figure of power quality from the nominal value and determine the appropriate technical losses.

Established that at lower voltage 20% yield of vegetable greenhouses in winter decreased with 4.6% and the preservation of potatoes in the potato - by 1.1 %. When the voltage of technological losses smaller than at its depression. The current frequency deviation of current network technology does not cause significant damage (they do not exceed 0.2 %).
