in poultry houses in winter season

Livestock for information capacity house is typical of secondary facilities management (TOW). Among the parameters for controlling it is the most important room temperature and harmful substances and moisture in the air. Number of harmful substances in the air is determined by the volume of air that enters the room and the number of animals in it. The temperature in the room is determined by heat loss to the environment and the costs for heating air to room temperature. Note that the livelihoods of biological object Tou animals leads to release heat, which should be considered when constructing a model of heat indoors farms and to release moisture and which should be considered when calculating the air flow in ventilation zahalnoobminnu aimed at removing moisture and carbon dioxide from space.

The purpose of research - to develop a simulation model of thermal mass transfer, ventilation and heating poultry premises in the winter, with the help of heat exchangers.

Materials and methods of research. Maintaining hygiene standards of the air environment in poultry premises is impossible without the heating and ventilation system. When creating a mathematical model of ventilation on the farm is the material balance of pollutants in indoor farms. An important factor is that the air flow, coming into the room Farm for ventilation. This option is used not only by channel temperature control, but also on the channel regulation purity of air. And here he is parameter control. Air consumption is calculated depending on a number of harmful factors that enter the air, water, carbon dioxide, methane, etc., But to regulate choose the one factor that makes the most important air. According to traditional methods of calculation, in the winter, the largest air exchange is necessary humidity, been taken as a basis.

Results. Determine power heating system needed to maintain the desired room temperature and heating time constant of the TOW real time to reach room temperature, and how the heat will increase the cost of heating the room if the temperature outside is reduced by 5 degrees.

Research on the model showed that the constant heating time will TOW T = 344.8 s. The performance of the ventilation system is 8.8 m3 / s, and the cost of heat for heating the ventilation air is equal to 383.5 kW. Total cost of heat required for heating the room from -20 to +17 ° C equal to 395 kW. In reality, the system is stabilized in the period 4500 - 5000 seconds. When lowering the external temperature of 5 degrees from -20 to -25 ° C should be increased costs from 395 kW to 463 kW of thermal energy.

When changing the moisture content of the outside air of 0.9 g/kg to 2 g/kg should increase the air flow of 8.8 m3/s to 9.2 m3/s. The simulation showed that the relative humidity in the room is 70 %.

 

Conclusions

A simulation mathematical modeling of climate in poultry houses in the winter, with the help of MATLAB Simulink. Found that the required ventilation and heating system in the winter is stabilized in the period from 2000 to 5000 seconds. Relative humidity in this case is 60 %.
