Abstract. The stages of the process of forming a comprehensive program of maintenance and repair of equipment based on the principles of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (IEC 60300-3-11: 2009) are analyzed and revealed. The analysis of functioning of electrotechnical complexes of food production is carried out, the stages of service are determined on the basis of reliability. The key electrotechnical equipment for the development of the forecasting subsystem in the system of realization of the service process on the basis of reliability for the electrotechnical complexes of food production is determined. It is shown that the proposed methodology will allow to identify the optimal composition of preventive and corrective maintenance works. The maintenance program developed must be revised and periodically reviewed, depending on the monitoring of changes in performance and data on failures of electrical equipment during its operation. As a result, the structure of the system of implementation of the maintenance program, including the process of analysis of the state of electrical equipment, using the subsystems of reliability prediction of the primary measuring transducers and electric motors was developed, and further steps required to ensure the purposes of production management were recommended. Further studies will include software and technical implementation of a comprehensive maintenance program.
