ПРАВОВЕ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ЛІСОВОЇ СПРАВИ В УКРАЇНСЬКІЙ ДЕРЖАВІ ПАВЛА СКОРОПАДСЬКОГО
Abstract
У статті розглянуто основні напрями правотворчої діяльності гетьманської адміністрації Павла Скоропадського у сфері лісівництва, виявлено особливості ініційованої нею реформи державного управління лісовим фондом. Показано роль наукових досліджень в організації ефективної лісоохорони. Надано оцінку наслідкам правотворчої діяльності гетьманської адміністрації у лісовій сфері порівняно з наступними історичними періодами розвитку українського лісового законодавства.
