ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ПРАВОВОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ВИРОБНИЦТВА ЗЕРНА В УКРАЇНІ
Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню питань правового забезпечення виробництва зерна в Україні. На підставі аналізу діючої законодавчої бази, що регулює правовідносини у визначеній сфері, зроблено висновки щодо необхідності її перегляду, удосконалення та систематизації, а також запропоновано нормативне уточнення окремих клювочих термінів.
Виробництво зерна, ринок зерна, зернове господарство, сільськогосподарське виробництво, агропромисловий комплекс.
