Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню застосуванню засобів адмі­ністра­тивного примусу посадовими особами Держсільгоспінспекції.  Розглянуто чотири основні стадії провадження у справах про адмі­ністративні правопорушення та застосовано їх до державних інс­пекторів сільського господарства. Автором зроблено висновок, що складання державними інспекторами сільського господарства адмініст­ративних протоколів є універсальним і основним засобом адміністра­тивного примусу у сільському господарстві, однак деякі сфери діяль­ності Держсільгоспінспекції та її територіальних органів не врегульо­вані основним актом – Кодексом про адміністративні правопорушення.
