ПОНЯТТЯ КОМП’ЮТЕРНИХ СЛІДІВ ЗЛОЧИНУ
Abstract
У статті розглянуто теоретичні підходи до визначення поняття комп’ютерно-технічних слідів злочину, їх криміналістичне значення та властивості. Одним із найважливіших елементів механізму злочинної діяльності є слідові картина злочину. Вона відображає особливості способу, а також ознаки інших елементів структури злочинної діяльності. Саме правильна криміналістична оцінка слідової картини дозволяє створити основу для найбільш швидкого розпізнання в первісних слідчих даних у справі того чи іншого характерного способу вчинення розслідуваного злочину навіть за окремими ознаками.
