Abstract
MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF THE WELDING TRANSFORMER WITH RING MAGNETS
M. Bragida
.Definition of optimum parameters of devices and modes of their work is one of the major problems of designing. Most the wide circulation was received by methods of mathematical modeling of electric cars. The modern software allows to count precisely enough electromagnetic processes in the transformer and to define operating modes. Computer program MathCAD allows to work directly with mathematical apparatus, to make changes and corrective amendments.
Definition of operating modes of the welding transformer] by means of mathematical modeling and their estimation with results of researches is a research objective.
For this purpose it is necessary to define parameters of the welding transformer and, having substituted them in mathematical model, to calculate currents.
The mathematical model can be used for definition
The equations of voltage of the welding transformer in the differential form differ that additional inductance L3 which appears at coverage by the secondary winding of the core of regulating of a current is injected.
The system of the differential equations dares by means of computer program MathCAD. Results are satisfactory.
It is expedient to use mathematical model for the inverse problem solution. Behind known value of the maximum current of welding needs to define inductance, and then design parameters: number of convolutions of primary and secondary windings, altitude and diameters of cores.
