Abstract
RESEARCH OF THE TECHNOLOGICAL COMPLEX OF THE SUGAR REFINERY WITH THE USE OF THE СATEGORICAL-FUNCTORIAL ANALYSIS
M. Sych
The purpose of the research is to improve the quality of technological processes passing on the technological complexes of the sugar plant, through a comprehensive approach to management based on a categorical-functory approachIn modern conditions, the development of a theory of development the structural dynamics of complex technological systems is topical. This theory makes it possible to implement solutions to the problem of multi-structural synthesis of complex technological systems at various stages of their life cycle from the standpoint of unified managerial solution.
As the basic principles underlying this theory, the principles of multimodality and multicriteriality were chosen, which were used in a comprehensive description, as well as research of problems of analysis and synthesis of intelligent information technologies for monitoring and control the structural dynamics of complex technological systems. The formalization of these processes, it is advisable to implement on the basis of the structural-mathematical and сategorical-functorial approaches developed in modern mathematics.
Based on the сategorical-functorial analysis, the structural features of the object in the dynamics are studied, which are contextually manifested in the interrelationships, structured indicators and relationships between them, which significantly increases the efficiency of decision-making in the condition of indeterminacy. The problems of formalization of knowledge which is based on the mathematical theory of categories and functors for sugar production. Functors are described in verbal form, in the form of production rules. The carried out researches in the long term give the chance to construct scripts of control of a technological complex of a sugar refinery.
