ПОКАЗНИКИ ОЦІНКИ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ЛАНЦЮГА ПОСТАЧАНЬ
Abstract
В статті проведено аналіз існуючих систем вимірювання ефективності ланцюгів постачання та запропоновано новий підхід, що відповідає довгостроковим стратегіям розвитку бізнесу, потребам клієнтів і запитам суспільства.
В ньому показники ефективності по-перше, враховують вплив усіх бізнес-процесів на операційні витрати, оборотний капітал і довгострокові активи ланцюга постачання і по-друге характеризують розвиток відносин з клієнтами, ефективність управління персоналом та рівень розвитку інформаційних систем.
Для реалізації інтегрованого підходу до розробки ключових показників ефективності в системі скомбіновано фінансові та нефінансові, якісні та кількісні показники, які комплексно і збалансовано відображають стан та перспективи розвитку компанії.
