МАТЕМАТИЧНА МОДЕЛЬ ВИНИКНЕННЯ ВІБРОУДАРНОГО ІМПУЛЬСУ В ЦИЛІНДРО-ПОРШНЕВІЙ ГРУПІ ДВИГУНІВ МАШИН ДЛЯ ЛІСОТЕХНІЧНИХ РОБІТ
Abstract
Енергетичним засобом лісогосподарської техніки є дизельний двигун внутрішнього згорання, який в значній мірі визначає надійність всієї машини. Надійність двигуна являється основним показником техніко-економічної ефективності. Підвищення моторесурсу двигуна при високій безвідмовності майже рівноцінно збільшенню їх випуску заводами. В зв’язку з цим неабиякого значення набуває скорочення експлуатаційних витрат, пов’язаних з передчасним ремонтом дизелів.
Багатьма дослідниками встановлено, що дизельні двигуни, які поступають в капітальний ремонт на спеціалізовані ремонтні підприємства, мають значний залишковий ресурс, при цьому значення багатьох ресурсних параметрів знаходиться у допустимих межах.
