Функціональне моделювання організації та управління забезпечення сировиною цукрового заводу
Abstract
FUNCTIONAL MODELING OF THE ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT OF SUPPLY OF RAW SUGAR FACTORY
S. Makovetska, S. Hrybkov
The article examines the influence of factors affecting the technological quality of sugar beet during collection, delivery, acceptance and storage and their direct impact on the technical and economic indicators of sugar production.
To investigate the interrelated processes of organizing and executing the operational management of the supply of raw materials to the sugar refinery from pre-harvest research of root crops in raw materials zones prior to organizing their receipt for production, taking into account the physical and chemical properties of sugar beet hybrids that affect the technological quality of the final product.
To construct a functional model of the organization and perform operational management of the supply of raw materials to the sugar refinery, the CASE tool ERwin Process Modeler is used to ensure the unity and consistency in the performance of technological and operational functions, including the methodologies of structural analysis and design of IDEF0, IDEF3 and DFD, the combination of which allows you to conduct an in-depth analysis of the subject area.
Based on the analysis of the functional model, a key task was identified about the expediency of compiling an optimal schedule for the collection and supply of sugar beet root crops from raw material zones to sugar reception zones, taking into account the multicriteria characteristics of the processes that directly affect the technological quality of the raw materials.
Identification and elimination of bottlenecks, as well as solving the identified problem, will improve the technical and economic indicators of sugar production for future periods, beginning with the planning of sugar beet crops, taking into account the technical and production characteristics of the sugar factory, and also optimizing the processes of acceptance, storage and processing of sugar beet taking into account their genetically determined properties of each type of hybrid, due to the analysis of statistical data on the use of raw materials of the current season.
