Abstract

Anthurus archeri (Berk.) E. Fisch – a rare species of the Phallaceae family, included in the Red Book of Ukraine. There are rare in Bulgaria, Denmark, Romania. The purpose of the work was to determine the peculiarities of the growth of A. archeri Sh01 on the different nutrient medium by the ex-situ method. The second task was to found of new natural localites of the fungus in the territory of the National Natural Park "Gutsulshchyna" by in situ method. The third task was to obtaine the results of monitoring of reproduction sites laid by the re-situ method for A. archeri in 2012-2015 years. As a result the variability of the morphological features of the Anthurus archeri Sh01 mycelial colonies, depending on the composition of agarized nutrient media, was established: rare, wooly or powdery mildew unevenly colored in milk-yellow tones of the colony. Colonies obtained on must-agar have distinct micellar dendriform joints with a diameter of 1 mm in the most subtle places. The geography of new fungal localities in the territory of the NNP "Gutsulshchyna" is constantly increasing - 13 locations are registered, geographically distant from each other for several kilometers. In this case, the high efficiency of reproductive actions against Anthurus archeri was recorded using the re-situ method, in particular, the annual mushroom fruiting was detected within all monitoring reproductive mycological sites located in the National Nature Park "Gutsulshchyna", indicating the elimination of the threat of its disappearance within the Park. The obtained results will be used to eliminate the threat of the disappearance of other members of the Phallaceae family.

Key words: Anthurus archeri, re-situ, in situ, ex situ, mycological monitoring reproductive sites, pure culture, natural habitats
