Біохімічні показники сироватки крові щурів за умов штучного гіпобіозу
Abstract
Визначено біохімічні показники сироватки крові щурів за умов штучного гіпобіозу та в динаміці виходу із цього стану. Виявлено особливості реакції відповіді тварин на вплив факторів вуглекислотного штучного гіпобіозу (гіпотермії, гіперкапнії та гіпоксії), що виявляється у підвищенні вмісту глюкози, сечовини, сечової кислоти, неорганічного фосфору та зростанні активності креатинкінази. Зазначені зміни елімінуються під час виходу тварин зі стану гіпобіозу і досягають контрольних значень через 24 год після виходу із нього.
