Оцінка відгодівельних і м'ясних якостей свиней великої білої породи зарубіжної селекції за умов використання індексу Ліві та традиційної технології утримання
Abstract
Наведено результати досліджень відгодівельних та м'ясних якостей молодняку свиней великої білої породи української селекції та тварин аналогічного генотипу, завезених з Угорщини. Встановлено, що використання кнурів великої білої породи зарубіжної селекції сприяє підвищенню забійних і м'ясних якостей у середньому на 10,7 %.
