PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF FORMING PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE DENTISTS BY MEANS OF INFORMATION - COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES
Abstract
To solve the problem of improving the quality perception of educational material in high school introduced modern educational technology, which include the information. Unlike traditional, they ensure the development of future specialist skills to creative research, analysis and selection of useful information. Such technologies contribute to the formation of the important components of professional competence and to achieve two strategic objectives: improving the efficiency of all types of educational activities and improve the quality of training of a new type of thinking, according to the requirements of the modern information society. It is necessary to take into account the peculiarities of industry, particularly in higher education as well as to introduce the following information and telecommunication technologies that fully meet the needs of training competitive professionals.
In the system of national higher dental education does not take into account objective of preparing future doctor based on the development and application of innovative educational technologies. This problem is quite complex and specific to medical education, although today is understandable introduction great promise.
The purpose of the article is a scientific and methodical study of the pedagogical conditions innovative technologies as means of forming professional competence.
Analysis of scientific literature and own observations suggest that information - telecommunication technologies are effective in creating pedagogical conditions of development and implementation, including:
- incentives, motivation and actualization needs of professional competence of dentists;
- the choice of educational technologies in training future professionals should be justified scientifically justified and submitted a systematic method to design ideal result, implementation, adjustment: (definition of knowledge, methodological support);
- the content of the training process must meet the needs of the present in the introduction, propagation and constant updating of interactive innovative technologies to create opportunities for each student to identify and develop personal and creative quality;
- introduction of integration-differentiation, and synergistic approaches acmeological competent teachers who have innovative teaching technologies constantly and continuously improve their professional skills, focused on increasing their pedagogical skills and are interested in developing their own as well as information competence of students.
The level of information and communication technologies in dental education today is insufficient. Implement them and teaching complex conditions (personality, motivation, content-procedural, methodological, organizational and technological) in the training of future dentists accelerate the development of teaching and learning activities and improve the efficiency of formation of professional competence. The professionalism of teachers is one of the most important factors in preparation of professional.
Creating favorable conditions for professional development of future dentists in the educational activity is an important part of professional teacher that needs further research.Downloads
