Induction of chlorophyll fluorescence in plants leaf Lolium perenne L.
Abstract
Data are given about the main parameters of induction of chlorophyll fluorescence (ICF) plants Lolium perenne L. five varieties of Ukrainian breeding. The curve of induction of chlorophyll fluorescence plants L. perenne was analyzed. Conclusions are drown a high efficiency of energy quanta of light absorbed by plants. Experimentally proved, by determination of ICF, the presence of effects stress factors of urboecosystem on plants. Established that plants L. perenne varieties Ukrainian breeding are characterized by variable IFC parameters.
Leaves grades Lolium perenne L. multi-national breeding Lytvynivskyy 1, of summer, Orion, and Adrian Svyatoshinskiy-80 variable parameters are marked IFH.
Leaves Lolium perenne L. many years with high sensitivity to light levels through morphological structure of plants and different intensity of light.
Low levels of background fluorescence intensity F0 confirms the high efficiency of energy quanta of light absorbed FS II chloroplasts of leaves.
The ratio Fv / Fp is higher than the optimal value, which is caused mainly fotoinhibuvannyam influence of stress and environmental factors.
