Quality and safety of production as a vector of development of dairy industry
Abstract
In the article are highlighted the main tendencies of the development of the domestic milk market, factors of forming the quality of dairy products, as well as methods for raising its level are investigated in the work. The research has shown that domestic standards for dairy products are inferior to European requirements
The improvement of the quality of dairy raw materials is not only the introduction of high standards. It is the support of producers and help for them in improving production management, mastering advanced technologies, upgrading and modernizing equipment, improving breeding and productive qualities of cows. The quality of milk should be guaranteed at the highest level, which will allow the consumer to buy it with confidence for a long time. The quality of milk should be monitored by the food chain «production-consumption».
The gradual transition to highly productive industrial milk production and the social protection of small commodity producers is through stabilization and further development of the entire dairy product subcomplex.
Competitive advantages of the company in the market will provide investment in modern technological equipment, high-quality products, as well as the strict conformity of production technologies with the requirements of the state standard taking into account international requirements, expert control of product quality, compliance with storage and transportation conditions, and developed logistics system.
